What products are eligible for returns ?

 

Products are accepted for credit or exchange in worldwide within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be in perfect saleable conditionm with the sale receipt. 

 

Exclusions apply , please note 

 

  • Merchandise under $7000 will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days pf purchase

  • Merchandise $7000 or more will be eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will issued for purchases above $7000

  • Mercahndise must be accompanied by all original packaging for a refund. Including jewelry boxes and others 

  • Beaded Dresses And Accessoiries must be returned with the same number of links presented at purchase

  • Personnalized , altered or engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange 

  • Refund and exchanges are only eligible within the original country of purchase 

  • Certain limited and collaboration merchandise may be inegible for a refund 

 

How do I return an online purchase?

Be Unique In Pearl offers complimentary shipping for eligible returns, you may do so through any of the following:

 

  • Simply visit this page to print a return label. Complete and enclose the return slip in your package and drop off your package at the nearest UPS or DHL location.  Additionally, you may also schedule an at-home pickup. 

  • Contact us and one of our client advisors will assist you. 

  • You may also return your item at any of our Be Unique In store in the Ivory Coast. You may bring your original form of payment and sales receipt.

 

What will my refund look like?

For online/phone purchases: Credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issuer of that credit card shall also apply.

For in-store purchases:  Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Refunds will be provided only for purchases by cash or check to the original purchaser; credit or charge card purchases will receive a credit to the original cardholder’s account on which the purchase was made. If a credit or charge card has been used to make this purchase, the terms and conditions in the agreement between the cardholder and the issue of that credit card shall also apply. Refunds for purchases by check will be issued by company mail check upon presentation of the sales receipt and only if the funds have been received by Be Unique In Pearl. Cash purchases over $200 will be refunded by mail check.

What if I wanted an exchange instead?

 

Be Unique In Pearl offers complimentary shipping for eligible exchanges, you may do so through any of the following:

 

  • Simply visit this page to print a return label. Complete and enclose the return slip in your package and drop off your package at the nearest UPS or DHL location. Additionally, you may also schedule an at-home pickup.

  • Contact us and one of our client advisors will assist you.

 

You may also exchange your item at any of our Be Unique In Pearl stores in the Ivory Coast. To locate the store nearest you, click here. Please bring your sales receipt along with your item for exchange.
